Delivery Policy

All items are scheduled to dispatch with 2-3 business days. Tracking details for the shipment are shared via email (or via TEXT if requested) once received from our delivery partners. For orders that have special instructions, the order will be dispatched after 5-7 days. Please note that orders will be dispatched after payment transactions are settled by our processing partners which is usually the next business day.

Cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled before dispatch and refunds shall be initiated the next business day. If however, you wish to cancel your order after the order has been dispatched, then order must be received by the customer and sent back to our physical store. Upon receiving, the refund shall be initiated. For goods that require a service request, the order can still be cancelled however, the service charges are non-refundable in that scenario. To initiate a cancellation request, please email or call us and we will try our best to give you prompt resolutions.

General Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: If the items are used and not in original packing, complete refund is not an option. Partial refund can be considered after inspection.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

All items must be shipped to our physical store address with signature required at delivery option.

Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Aside from these conditions there are products that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, Once. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
